New season announced

JazzReach announces a busy 2012/2013 season of educational programming. Numerous events and initiavtives scheduled nationwide, thousands to be served!

NEW YORK CITY - JazzReach is thrilled to announce that its 2012/2013 Touring Season will take the organization’s acclaimed programs into over 18 communities nationwide and aim to impact over 25,000 people of all ages.

JazzReach Founder, Hans Schuman says, “this season is among our busiest and most robust and much credit and kudos goes to our committed Director of Programming, Tim Sullivan for making it possible.”

Schuman continues, “We’re particularly excited that we’re expanding into new territories such as Suriname, South America and Alaska and in a addition to returning to communities where we’ve cultivated meaningful, long-lasting partnerships, we’re delighted to be collaborating with new presenters and venues throughout California and New England as well.” The season will also feature the debut of an all-new educational program for young audiences about the legendary jazz trumpeter, Clifford Brown, which was commissioned by the City of Wilmington, DE, presenters of the annual Clifford Brown Jazz Festival.
